Why We Give

"We are stewards of God.  He has entrusted us with all that we have.  He, therefore, holds us responsible for being faithful caregivers of us all that He has given us.  We should honor God and support the ministries and outreach of the church through our faithful giving.  It is our contributions that help the ministry provide care to those who are hurting and are in need of direction and aid.  It helps with many ministries that are designed to serve others (Malachi 3:8-10).  Our giving is an act of faith (2 Corinthians 9:7).
